Job Description:The Purpose of Your RoleAs a Team Leader, Central Relationship Managers (C-RMs), you will lead a team of C-RMs who’s role is to engage with current and potential wealth management clients via a diverse set of communications channels (phone, email, text) to deepen relationships and set appointments on behalf of Wealth Management Team (WMT) partners. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of trust with C-RM Associates to empower their success within the C-RM role and support their development for future career advancement opportunities. In addition, you will serve as the C-RM leader liaison within geographically aligned Wealth markets.
