Trainee - Delivery Operations (DPO) As a Trainee in Delivery Operations, you will play a vital role in managing orders, updating task statuses, and monitoring transactions to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor transactions and ensure all activities are completed within the agreed SLAs, maintaining high process quality standards. Adhere to company policies and guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions. Engage in self-directed and instructor-led learning, utilizing LMS tools to enhance skills and knowledge.
