Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What’s a typical day as Assembly Worker? You’ll be:

• Performing repetitive mechanical assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  
  
• Following all workplace safety and product quality policies and completing site-specific training.
  
  
• Receiving components and materials for assembly and testing in the required sequence.
  
  
• Assembling and testing mechanical or electrical components.
  
  
• Using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to complete assembly tasks.
  
  
• Following assembly and testing instructions, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, and thread taping.
  
  
• Completing required production documentation.
  
  
• Participating in continuous improvement activities and daily housekeeping/5S audits.
  
  
• Reading and following simple layouts and assembly drawings.
  
  
• Maintaining equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  
  
• Bring 3-5 years of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
  
  
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude through work experience, technical coursework, or hobbies.
  
  
• Can follow detailed assembly and testing instructions.
  
  
• Are experienced using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  
  
• Are able to read and understand simple layouts and assembly drawings.
  
  
• Can lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  
  
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
