You'll work alongside nursing, therapy, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team while helping patients rebuild strength and regain independence. You don't just meet the patient. What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care to rehabilitation and long-term care patients Complete assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Respond appropriately to changes in clinical status Collaborate with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients and families Promote patient safety, dignity, recovery, and independence Qualifications Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Dependable and committed to scheduled weekend shifts Compassionate, patient-focused approach Hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus Maybe Your Nursing Schedule Doesn't Have to Look Like Everyone Else's.
