RevOps Analyst & AI Talent Operations

Role Description

We’re looking for a builder — someone who loves designing systems, automations, and processes that eliminate manual work and make the business run smoother every week. This role blends RevOps, AI automation, and Talent Operations. You’ll manage our lead-gen and sales systems, build internal automations, run outbound campaigns, and help deliver top-tier talent into active searches.

Qualifications

• Experience building systems or automations (Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, Softr, etc.)
• Outbound sourcing, lead-gen, or data-driven campaign experience (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, SalesQL)
• Love for AI tools and desire to go deep into AI workflows and automation
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ownership mindset — you take initiative and solve problems without waiting
• Basic AI prompting skills for outreach, enrichment, or automation logic

Requirements

• Recruiterflow or ATS experience
• Prior RevOps, Growth Ops, or Sales Ops experience
• Startup or “wear multiple hats” experience
• Experience building enrichment or scoring models
