Job Description: 14+ years of experience in techno functional business leader with cross functional experience in risk, regulatory compliance and data management. Experience of working with top executives and driving data driven risk and regulatory initiatives Knowledge of industry trends and innovation areas in data management, risk analytics, financial crime management (AML, KYC, fraud prevention) and regulatory reporting (Basel III, LCR, CCAR, NSFR etc.) Experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-wide MDM, DW, business intelligence, data management and big data projects for significant sized regional banks in the US Experience in implementing anti money laundering and fraud prevention solutions including understanding of applicable regulations such as the bank secrecy act, the USA PATRIOT act, U.S. treasury AML guidelines, OFAC etc. and/or experience in finance and credit risk management and analytics Ability to lead and support customer initiatives across various teams as part of the risk & regulatory horizontal function Ability to drive discussions with senior customer executives and drive consensus across different teams (risk IT, risk modeling and risk architecture) Participate in solution-ing and provide an independent view of what bank should do when needed Excellent communication, presentation skills and executive presence required
