Job Description

Blend360 is leading a zero-to-one data monetization platform build and launch for a major US-based telecommunications company. Our team is responsible for the build, delivery, and commercialization of every aspect of the platform, from AI-driven intelligence to product development and go-to-market motions.

Blend360 is looking for a Senior Director, Ad Tech Solutions to serve as the technical bridge between our enterprise partners, sales teams, and the data monetization product and technical organization. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role for someone who understands the ad tech and martech ecosystem, can navigate complex enterprise conversations, and knows how to translate technical capabilities into solutions that solve real business problems.

You’ll be the go-to technical partner throughout the sales process—working alongside sales to understand opportunities, solution data monetization products and capabilities against client needs, and bring the right technical experts into the conversation at the right time. You’ll participate directly in enterprise partner calls, help shape solution strategy, and ensure clients have a clear understanding of what the data monetization platform can do, how it works, and how it can create value for their business.

Just as importantly, you’ll own the documentation and enablement that supports the commercial organization. From FAQs and training materials to match-test results and technical solution summaries, you’ll turn complex product and technical information into clear, useful resources that sales teams and partners can actually use. You’ll work across Product, Testing, Integrations, Identity, and other technical teams to bring the right expertise together and keep everyone aligned.

This is a role for a strategic, technically credible relationship builder who is equally comfortable whiteboarding a solution with an internal technical team, answering questions on an enterprise partner call, and helping a sales leader position a solution for a major opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between enterprise client teams, Sales, and Latis product and technical experts.

• Partner with Sales to understand client challenges and solution data monetization products, capabilities, and data against active sales opportunities.

• Lead technical discovery and solutioning conversations with prospective and existing enterprise partners.

• Participate in and support senior-level client and partner calls, providing technical expertise, answering questions, and helping move opportunities forward.

• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, partner-ready solutions, stories, and recommendations.

• Coordinate across Product, Testing, Integrations, Identity, Data, and other subject-matter experts to bring the right people and capabilities into each opportunity.

• Own the creation and ongoing development of sales and partner enablement materials, including FAQs, training content, technical documentation, match-test results, and solution summaries.

• Help sales teams understand how to position data monetization capabilities, anticipate technical questions, and navigate enterprise client conversations.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, clearly documented, and aligned with what data monetization can deliver.

• Identify recurring client questions, objections, and technical needs and translate them into opportunities to improve product documentation, enablement, and the overall sales motion.

• Bring structure and clarity to complex opportunities where requirements, stakeholders, and technical considerations may be evolving.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal stakeholders and enterprise partners throughout the sales and solutioning lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in ad tech, martech, data platforms, marketing technology, or a closely related field.

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a similar function.

• Deep familiarity with the ad tech and/or martech ecosystem, including the data, identity, audience, measurement, and technology layers that support modern advertising.

• The ability to take a complex technical capability and translate it into a practical solution tied to a client's business needs.

• Strong enterprise presence and experience working directly with senior client and partner stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to support complex sales opportunities, from discovery and solution design through technical validation and close.

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $230,000- $260,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
