Join the Pines Auto Group team as a Luxury Brand Lincoln Automobile Sales Person, where you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of Lincoln vehicles in the Pembroke Pines, FL area. This position offers the opportunity to represent a prestigious automotive brand within a leading dealership known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and guide them through the selection and purchase of Lincoln automobiles.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lincoln vehicle models, features, and financing options to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge development to stay abreast of industry trends and new vehicle arrivals.
• Manage sales documentation and compliance with dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high-end vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Lincoln brand and luxury automobile market is preferred.
