Brand Experience & Events Manager

What You’ll Do Develop and execute event strategies tied to major sports, entertainment, and cultural moments. Serve as the primary point of contact for league partners, agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders. Oversee all aspects of event planning, production, logistics, and onsite execution to ensure a seamless experience. Concept, plan, and execute consumer-facing events, product launches, partnerships, and brand activations. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver experiences that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Identify opportunities for the brand to authentically engage with sports, lifestyle, and cultural audiences. Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Partnerships, and Digital teams to align activations with broader business objectives. Manage agency, production, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life through memorable live and experiential touchpoints. Own event budgets, timelines, production schedules, and vendor partnerships. Coordinate logistics, inventory management, shipping, and onsite operations. Maintain exceptional organization while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, brand activations, sponsorships, or a related field. Proven success leading events and activations from concept through execution. Experience managing agencies, vendors, production partners, and event budgets. Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and flawless execution. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Traits Creative thinker with a passion for bringing ideas to life.
