Oversee architects’ review of contractor and vendor onsite activities to verify compliance with contractual documents, design intent, schedules, and workmanship standards. Observe and report on construction activities and construction-related issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Establish, lead, and document project meetings; clearly communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Motivate, mentor, and direct internal project teams (Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers), ensuring accountability, performance development, and achievement of project milestones. Oversee the project close-out process, ensuring all deliverables, documentation, financial reconciliation, and contractual requirements completed successfully. Drive business development efforts, including leading RFQ/RFP responses, proposal development, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transition from business development to project execution. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and support business development initiatives.
