Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem Earn $24 an hour as a per diem CNA, plus $4 more per hour on weekends, $2 more on nights, and $1 more on evenings. Who you’ll care for You’ll help older adults in United Methodist Communities’ assisted living and skilled nursing communities with the daily care that keeps them safe and comfortable. What You’ll Do Pick up shifts that fit your schedule across our assisted living and skilled nursing communities Support residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines Provide care in accordance with individualized service plans and maintain accurate records of assistance provided Conduct routine resident wellness checks and respond promptly to care needs throughout the day Assist with dining support, safe transfers, and the use of mobility aids as needed Communicate observations and resident status updates to the nursing team to help ensure quality care What you’ll need Required: Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification from the NJ Department of Health, in good standing 6 months of experience in a nursing home or assisted living community Flu vaccine, or an approved medical or religious exemption 18 years of age or older Able to talk with residents and nurses in English and read care plans Pay $24.00 per hour base rate Shift differentials: evenings +$1.00, nights +$2.00, weekends +$4.00 per hour Schedule Day, evening, and night shifts You choose your shifts Offers depend on a negative drug test and a background check We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
