As a Technical Sourcer on the Terafab recruiting team, you will build and execute the search strategies for identifying the industry's brightest minds beyond education background, years of experience, or geographic location. You will move beyond traditional methods to identify, engage, and assess top‑tier engineers globally. We are seeking relentless, innovative talent hunters capable of deploying creative sourcing strategies to bring the world’s elite engineers to Tesla. What You’ll Do You will utilize the entire sourcing toolkit to identify top talent, build robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near‑term and future hiring needs, develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers, maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes, educate hiring teams on market trends, compensation analysis, and more, and focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity.
