Whether you're just getting started or looking to grow in your career, weoffer a workplace where you're supported, appreciated, and empowered to thrive as you improve the lives of others in our senior living communities.What You'll Do:As a Resident Care Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:Leading and overseeing a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations and company policies.Developing and implementing bi-weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage, efficiency, and minimal overtime.Serving as a shift lead and on-call contact on a rotating basis, effectively identifying, investigating, and resolving operational issues.Identifying staffing needs and assisting with the recruiting and selection process to maintain appropriate staffing levels.Providing direct resident care, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and maintaining accurate resident records and charts.
