Enrollment and Eligibility Supervisor

Maximus is currently hiring Enrollment and Eligibility Supervisors to support the Missouri Surge team This is a remote opportunity. This team will help support Medicaid enrollment and eligibility determination. The Enrollment and Eligibility Supervisor is responsible for assisting with managing team activities, escalations, analyzing trends, and ensure escalations are addressed to full project resolution. Each Supervisor may support a team size of 5-20 Eligibility Specialists. Must have Missouri Surge Support Project working experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives. Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team. Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures. Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively. Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence. Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards. Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives. Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and elevate anticipated problems proactively. Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards. Fulfill other assigned duties by Management. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have Missouri Surge Support Project working experience. Must be willing and able to work a shift between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US. The six month time in position requirement has been waived for this posting. Home Office Requirements Desktop or Laptop that runs Windows, Mac, or Linux (no Chromebooks or tablets).
