Senior Program Analyst

Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: Secret Education Required: MA/MS degree. Allowable substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience orAssociate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience or s ix (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Experience Required: O ver 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Position Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Experience with drafting SOWs Familiar with contract execution Manages risk Familiar with AMS- CSPT/PMT/Risk (or similar) Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
