Strategic Parts Procurement: Order necessary parts, manage vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and keep parts costs controlled (aiming under 25%) with zero technician downtime. Receiving & Inventory Tracking: Use Tekmetric software to check in parts, document pricing, manage cores, and track shop inventory. Hands-On & Diagnostic Support: Step in to assist technicians with diagnostics and repairs whenever an extra set of skilled hands is needed.
