Job Description Crowell & Moring is seeking an associate or counsel to join our Financial Services practice in New York. This individual will work with our team to represent banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and corporate clients in a broad range of credit and finance matters, including lending, derivatives, litigation finance and restructuring. Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $290,000 to $355,000.
