Our agency has proudly served the Amarillo, TX community since 2013, backed by over two decades of experience with State Farm in various roles. I'm a West Texas native and graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a B.S. in Business Management, as well as a proud mom of two and a big sports fan. Together, my team and I bring more than 45 years of combined State Farm experience. Role Description:

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jamie Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
