Projects Planner

Illumina seeks a Projects Planner to support regional facility planning and construction management across multiple sites. The role involves project scheduling, space planning, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of facility renovations and new construction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility analyses and site master planning studies for facility projects
• Track three-year project pipeline and develop comprehensive project roadmaps
• Develop renovation options and create reports and presentations for leadership review
• Manage communications and objectives with architects, engineers, contractors throughout project lifecycle
• Create preliminary project budgets, schedules, and coordinate bid reviews and contract execution

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related project planning or construction management experience
• Ability to create, read, and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Strong analytical and critical thinking problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of laboratory design standards including HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Experience with Revit, CAD, or Bluebeam advantageous

Compensation: $82,500 - $123,700 base salary
