Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Advisor role based in Hollywood, FL. The Leasing Advisor will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present community features, pricing, and lease terms in a clear and professional manner. This role includes responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries; following up with leads; and maintaining accurate guest cards and records in the property management system. The Leasing Advisor will assist with processing rental applications, preparing lease documents, coordinating move-ins and renewals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations. Daily responsibilities also include helping maintain model apartments and common areas for showings, collaborating with onsite teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals, and supporting resident retention through responsive, service‑oriented communication. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents. Experience or interest in lease administration and real estate, including reviewing applications, preparing leases, and understanding rental policies. Sales and leasing skills, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and comfort working toward occupancy or revenue targets. Basic proficiency with property management or CRM software, email, and office applications. Ability to work on‑site during regular business hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with fair housing laws and ethical leasing practices, or willingness to learn quickly. Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, hospitality, or a related customer‑facing field is preferred.
