In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces according to established standards Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure pristine surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitation Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate industrial cleaning equipment when necessary Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Support housekeeping management in inventory control and scheduling tasks to optimize efficiency Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards and procedures Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus Join us in creating welcoming environments that leave lasting impressions!
