Position Overview

We’re hiring a Data Analytics & Business Systems Coordinator to support our internal systems, reporting, and e-commerce initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, data, and problem-solving—and wants variety in their day-to-day work. You’ll help keep systems running smoothly, build useful reporting, and support the development of client web stores.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Support & IT Coordination

• Provide first-line support for internal tech issues
• Coordinate and track tickets with our external IT and ERP partners
• Assist team members with basic troubleshooting and system questions
• Support issue resolution within our internal ERP system

Reporting & Data

• Extract and organize data from internal systems
• Build and maintain reports using Excel and ERP tools
• Create spreadsheets and dashboards to improve visibility
• Use (or learn) pivot tables and other Excel features

Web Store & E-Commerce Support

• Assist in building and maintaining client web stores
• Set up products, organize data, and ensure accuracy
• Support updates and ongoing improvements to live stores
