This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a single office setting without the demands of satellite locations, hospital rounds, weekends, or holidays. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments, including patient histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in collaboration with cardiologists. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle modifications. Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and treatment options. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Be available for phone on-call consultations for practice patients only. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Benefits Competitive Compensation: Salary based on experience, with a minimum of $100,000. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner. Valid Nurse Practitioner license to practice in the state of New York. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiology or a related field preferred. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
