Position Business Intelligence Analyst Full-Time/Part-Time Full Time Location Dublin, OH OR Bothell, WA (Hybrid) General Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting data-informed decision-making across our organization. This position will encompass both analytical and development responsibilities - gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business operations data to generate actionable insights, while also designing and maintaining the data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI solutions that enable reporting and analytics at scale. Qualifications At least2years of experience inthe same orsimilarrole. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience withbusiness intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau,etc.) andproficiencyin SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and familiarity with data warehouse concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks,dbt, or similar). Preferred Education Master’s degree in related field Preferred Experience Medical/ health industry experience Experience with NetSuite Workingproficiencyin Python or R for data manipulation, automation, and analysis (e.g., pandas,numpy, or equivalent libraries). Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. Excellent written/oral communication skillsrequired. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Physical Demands Requires normal visual acuity and hearing. Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals toaccomplishwork objectives. Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard. Additionalskills may berequiredto performadditionaltask(s) specific to work location,departmentor line of business. Working Conditions Predominantlyoperatesin an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of computer or networking equipment. Duties and Essential Functions Perform data analysis to gain insights into various aspects of business performance, including revenue generation, customer behavior, market trends, and operational excellence. Support the assessment of the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization. Analyze metrics related to business growth and customer retention, identifyingpatternsand opportunities for improvement. Conduct analyses toidentifyroot causes behind business challenges and contribute to proposing actionable solutions for improvement. Development of visually appealing dashboards and data visualizations using industry-standard tools to present key business metrics and insights. Assistin creating interactive visualizations that enable stakeholders to explore data and gain actionable insights to inform decision-making. Support the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports tomonitorperformance across variousbusiness functions, such as sales, finance, and operations. Write andoptimizecomplex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple source systems. Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure reliable,timely, andaccuratedata delivery from source systems to the data warehouse or reporting layer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements andassistin translating them into meaningful data insights and visualization solutions. Support documentation efforts by capturing methodologies, data sources, and key findings toestablisha comprehensive knowledge base for business intelligence. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of data insights and contribute to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Attends andparticipatesin departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary tomaintainappropriatelevel of professional competence.Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met. Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor. Providescustomer focusedinteractions. Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures. Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
