Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

This is a 13-week contract position with a possibility of extension up to 18 weeks.

Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, ensuring high-quality support and monitoring in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Monitor and assess patient conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Document patient care and progress in the healthcare management system.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.

Active Ohio license or compact state license required at the time of submission.

BLS & ACLS certifications required.

Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months is mandatory.

One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required.
