Accounts Payable Processor

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Manage outgoing payment processing and ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time for AP expenses and AR customer refunds. Issue payments out of different bank accounts via checks, ACH, and STRIPE across multiple companies and affiliates. Handle special instruction payments accordingly. Manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively in daily operations. Required qualifications for the position include: High school diploma required. At least 1 year of experience in clerical administration. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Demonstrated accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. Preferred qualifications for the position include: At least 1 year of Workday experience (not mandatory). Pay Rate Range: $18.18 - $22.37 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
