In this role, you'll maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the kitchen while supporting chefs and food service staff. What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dish areas Remove trash and recycling and keep waste areas clean and sanitary Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and work surfaces Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed Support kitchen operations by restocking clean dishes and supplies Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or maintenance needs Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Work between restaurant and banquet kitchen areas as needed Assist with additional cleaning and kitchen support tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated with attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Punctual and dependable High School diploma or equivalent preferred Availability for nights and weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Lift and carry items as needed Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and lifting Work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
