Travel Neurodiagnostic/EEG Tech
Perform EEG procedures for patients from neonates to geriatrics in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Handle 1:1 patient ratios, float to the ICU, and work with cases such as seizures, strokes, trauma, and neurological disorders. Shift: 8hr Night Shift (40) Tuesday-Saturday 11PM-7:30am. On Call: None. Weekend Rotation: every Saturday. Holiday Requirements: if scheduled. Floating Requirements: none. Patient Service Area: DNU South Chicagoland. Required qualifications include at least 2 years of neurodiagnostic/EEG experience, BLS certification, and EEG certification unless grandfathered in by experience. Skills needed are neonatal EEG, electrode placement, patient prep, pattern recognition, and continuous EEG head wrapping.
