Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using proven evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, setting clear, measurable goals in collaboration with clients.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, ensuring appropriate safety planning and emergency management protocols are followed.

• Maintain up-to-date, meticulous documentation and client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
