Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain comprehensive insights into clients' histories and challenges, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary mental health professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure that clients receive well-rounded and coordinated care.

• Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and other pertinent client information in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies to maintain confidentiality and security.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and training to refine your skills and stay updated on best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Stay informed about emerging research, methodologies, and trends in therapy to ensure that clients receive the most effective treatment available.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, families navigating conflicts, and couples seeking to enhance their communication skills. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
