($1,250 referrer / $250 referee - Payable after 200 hours of work)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:Mon-Thurs 7am-5pmOrientation: 2 weeksPsychiatrist Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic interviews.Diagnose and treat mental health and behavioral health conditions.Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.Prescribe and monitor medications as clinically appropriate.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Provide psychotherapy or other appropriate psychiatric interventions.Collaborate with nurses, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Follow applicable clinical, safety, ethical, and facility requirements.Minimum QualificationsCurrent, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Minimum 1-year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a PsychiatristAbility to build rapport with patientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesFamiliarity with medical terminologyA valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
