Work Environment\n

This role will be primarily performed in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining engagement with our patients through virtual appointments. Our outpatient office is designed to facilitate a comfortable interaction for patients undergoing therapy. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Some flexibility in hours may be expected to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status, including their emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing patients’ specific mental health concerns, based on accurate diagnoses.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing patients' coping mechanisms, promoting self-awareness, and encouraging personal growth.

• Collaborate harmoniously with psychiatrists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for our patients.

• Respond effectively in crisis situations to provide support and interventions during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in Florida as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health evaluations, formulate effective treatment approaches, and implement viable therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience are preferred. Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, as well as a solid understanding of best practices in mental health treatment, is highly valuable.
