Required Qualifications 6+ years of UX Research or Qualitative Research experience. Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). Experience conducting research within Financial Services, Banking, or other regulated industries preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple product squads and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently within agile and distributed teams. Passion for translating user insights into impactful product and design decisions. Saxon Global
