- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in ACTIMIZE RCM Designer, Actimize Unified Data Manager, Actimize ActOne/RCM, and Actimize.
- This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts, focusing on analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable insights to drive company success.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Actimize solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and system efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis using Actimize tools to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective use of Actimize solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Support the implementation of new features and enhancements in Actimize platforms.
- Train and mentor junior analysts to build a strong team capable of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Actimize solutions.
- Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in ACTIMIZE RCM Designer and Actimize Unified Data Manager.
- Exhibit proficiency in Actimize ActOne/RCM and related technologies.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Client is looking for a senior business analyst who can guide and lead an existing 5 member BA team.
- Experience in Actimize and Alert/case management system.
- Experience in working with Fraud Line of business and operations team, identify pain points, document possible solutions and introduce/suggestions automation/AI that are available in the market to reduce manual efforts.
- Should be the go-to person from Scrum Master perspective for all business analyst work.
