Career Network & Referral Specialist

### **Position Overview**

Jobsimplified is looking for a **Career Network & Referral Specialist** to help us connect with job seekers who may benefit from professional career support.

This is a **paid remote contractor position** with a fixed hourly rate. The role also includes performance-based bonuses for qualified referrals that result in successful customer conversions.

The position is suitable for recruiters, career professionals, community managers, content creators, staffing professionals, and individuals with experience communicating with job seekers.

### **Compensation**

**Hourly Rate: $20–$25 per hour**

**In addition to the hourly compensation, eligible team members may receive performance bonuses for successful referrals and customer conversions**.

Actual earnings will depend on hours worked, performance, and applicable referral bonuses.

### **Responsibilities**

* Identify and engage with potential job seekers through professional networks and online communities
* Introduce qualified candidates to Jobsimplified's career services
* Respond to questions and provide basic information about our services
* Generate and submit qualified candidate referrals
* Maintain professional communication with prospective candidates
* Follow Jobsimplified's referral and communication guidelines
* Track outreach and referral activity
* Collaborate with the Jobsimplified team to improve candidate engagement
