What You'll Do
- Operate diagnostic fluoroscopy and cardiac imaging equipment to assist in coronary and peripheral vascular assessments
- Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Monitor and document patient vitals and radiographic data during procedures
- Assist physicians during catheterization and related interventions
- Perform equipment quality control and routine maintenance
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
What You Need
- Required:
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist license in practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency with imaging software and systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences
- Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures
