Wire Harness Cable Assembler – Centennial, CO $28–$35/hr Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM We’re hiring an experienced Wire Harness Cable Assembler to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. If you’re detail-oriented, skilled with complex harness builds, and knowledgeable in IPC-620 / Mil‑Spec standards, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Review and verify traveler documentation (PNs, revisions, quantities) Inspect all materials for defects prior to use Perform advanced cable prep: cutting, de-jacketing, stripping, multi-conductor prep Complete connector loading, soldering, heat-shrink, labeling, and potting Assemble wire harnesses using detailed assembly boards and drawings Operate stripping machines and manual tools with high precision Sign off on all traveler steps as processes are completed Ensure all assemblies and materials are properly identified and protected Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures Report hazards or incidents immediately Support continuous improvement and training initiatives Perform other duties as needed What We’re Looking For Ability to read/interpret detailed instructions, prints, and manufacturing documents Advanced understanding of IPC‑620 / Mil‑Spec workmanship standards Strong commitment to safety, quality, and consistency Preferred certifications: IPC‑620, IPC‑610, J‑STD‑001 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
