STULZ USA is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead startup and ongoing maintenance for a new manufacturing facility in Denton, TX, coordinating equipment installation, commissioning, utility validation, regulatory inspections and contractor activities to ensure production readiness. As operations mature, you will develop preventive maintenance and reliability programs, manage the CMMS, budget, safety and compliance, and build a capable maintenance organization with strong leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr STULZ USA
