RV/Manufactured Home Community Maintenance Technician

RV / Manufactured Home Community is seeking a Reliable Part -Time Maintenance Person for general park upkeep. Duties include:
- · General repairs and maintenance
- · Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up)
- · Light plumbing and electrical work
- · Preparing RV spaces for new tenants
- · Keeping common areas clean and safe
- · Basic maintenance experience preferred
- · Must be dependable and self-motivated
- · Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
- · Reliable transportation
- · Good communication & follow up skills
