Maintenance Assistant

Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday


The positions will support two properties in the Navy Yard Neighborhood.


Ideal Candidate Profile
Given the level of service expected at our luxury properties, we're looking for candidates who bring a combination of strong technical skills and a hospitality mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end residential, multifamily, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented environment.
We would especially like to see candidates with:
Hands-on experience with general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general troubleshooting
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents
A polished, professional presence and good communication skills
A proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Experience working in luxury residential or high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred
Flexibility and a team-oriented attitude
For us, technical ability is important, but the service mindset is equally critical. These are luxury communities, so we're looking for maintenance professionals who understand that every interaction with a resident is part of the overall customer experience.

Compensation: $66,000-68,000k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
