Google named GreenChoice one of the three "Best Apps for Good" in the U.S. The Role We're looking for a creative, camera‑ready content intern who is passionate about food health, nutrition transparency, and making science‑backed information go viral. You'll own GreenChoice's TikTok and Instagram Reels presence — concepting, filming, editing, and posting content that educates and engages consumers on what's really in their food. There's a proven content formula in this space and we want someone who can run with it and grow beyond it! Accounts like @oasis.app have built massive audiences by revealing the truth behind everyday products using real data and science. GreenChoice has the same raw ingredients — health scores, ingredient safety data, processing ratings, and sustainability metrics on over 1 million food products — but we need a creator who can turn that data into scroll‑stopping short‑form content. This isn't about posting pretty food photos. It's about making food health data relevant, compelling, surprising, and shareable — the kind of content that makes someone stop mid‑scroll, rethink what's in their cart, and send the video to a friend. If you're the person your friends already come to for food/health content recommendations, if you've studied what makes a Reel or TikTok blow up, and if you're comfortable being the face and voice of a brand on camera — this role is for you. What You'll Do Content Creation Concept, script, film, and edit short‑form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) on a consistent publishing schedule Be on camera — you'll be the face and voice of GreenChoice's consumer content Turn GreenChoice's food health data, scores, and ingredient insights into engaging, shareable content (think: "We scored every protein bar at Target — here's what we found") Study and adapt proven content formats from top creators in the food health and transparency space Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats — and move fast to ride them with relevant GreenChoice content Growth & Distribution Own the content calendar and posting cadence for TikTok and Instagram Track performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, saves) and iterate based on what's working Engage with comments and build community around food health and transparency Cross‑post and repurpose content across platforms Collaboration Work directly with the Founder & CEO to align content with brand messaging and company priorities Surface content ideas from GreenChoice's data — new scores, surprising findings, trending food topics Help shape GreenChoice's consumer brand voice for social media Who You Are Current undergraduate or graduate student (or recent grad) — communications, marketing, film, nutrition, public health, or related field You already create content or have a strong personal understanding of what works on TikTok and Instagram Reels — you can point to accounts you admire and explain why their content performs Comfortable and natural on camera — you don't need to be a polished influencer, but you need to be engaging, authentic, and willing to put your face out there Strong video editing skills — you can shoot and edit on your phone (CapCut, InShot, or similar) and turn around content quickly Genuinely interested in food health, nutrition, ingredient transparency, or sustainability — this passion should come through on camera Creative and self‑directed — you pitch ideas, not just execute assignments Reliable and consistent — building an audience requires showing up regularly, not just when inspiration strikes Bonus: existing personal following or content portfolio in the food/health/wellness space What You'll Get $500/month stipend to support your work For‑credit internship: Students are responsible for coordinating credit approval with their university — GreenChoice will sign required agreements and provide evaluations A real content portfolio — not class projects, but published content for an established brand with a national footprint Direct mentorship from the Founder & CEO of a venture‑backed, mission‑driven company Access to a goldmine of content material — health scores, ingredient data, and sustainability metrics on over 1 million food products Flexible schedule built around your classes The chance to build an audience around something that actually matters — helping people understand what's in their food #J-18808-Ljbffr GreenChoice, PBC
