By coupling our business and cyber risk process functional experts on platform automation and integration with our security domain leaders across consulting services, Deloitte can provide a full spectrum of services including:Advise - process and strategy roadmaps, implementation plans and business case development, quantitative return on investment, program and target operating model, data strategy & governance, risk & control framework, content definition & standardization, training and end user enablementImplement - configuration and as needed, customized, solutions on ServiceNow Security Operations (Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications utilizing accelerators via pre-built templates and proofs of conceptOperate - manage Cyber Security programs ranging from keeping the lights on for the client's environment (e.g. upgrades, access help desk) to full-service use case development and dashboardsAs a ServiceNow Manager - Platform Architect, you will serve as the technical architecture authority across multiple client engagements, designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that span the full spectrum of cyber and risk modules. This is a senior architecture role. You will own solution design from pre-sales through delivery, creating architecture blueprints, defining integration strategies, and making platform design decisions that shape how our clients operationalize their cyber and risk programs on ServiceNow. You will support multiple engagements simultaneously, provide architectural governance across the practice, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to both client executives and internal delivery teams. Some examples of what you will do include:Owning end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow cyber and risk implementations, from initial discovery through production deployment and transition to operationsDesigning and documenting comprehensive technical architecture including platform configuration strategy, data architecture, integration patterns, security models, and scalability considerationsLeading pre-sales technical efforts including solution scoping, architecture presentations, technical due diligence, level-of-effort estimation, and proposal developmentSupporting multiple concurrent engagements as the architecture authority, providing design guidance, conducting architecture reviews, and resolving complex technical decisionsArchitecting cross-module solutions that span IRM, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, and TPRM, ensuring cohesive data flows, shared services, and consistent governance across modulesDesigning complex integration architectures between ServiceNow and enterprise security ecosystems including SIEM/SOAR platforms, threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability scanners, identity providers, and cloud security toolsDefining CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) architecture strategies that support service-aware security and risk operationsEstablishing and enforcing platform governance standards including development best practices, update set strategies, scoped application design, instance architecture, and environment management across client engagementsEvaluating and recommending adoption strategies for emerging ServiceNow capabilities including Next Experience UI Framework, Now Assist, and GenAI featuresPresenting architecture strategies and design decisions to client executive stakeholders (CIO, CRO, CISO) and translating technical concepts into business-aligned languageMentoring and developing Senior Consultants and Consultants on architecture thinking, solution design patterns, and ServiceNow platform best practicesContributing to practice development including reusable architecture patterns, reference architectures, delivery accelerators, and technical point-of-view documentsCollaborating with Deloitte practice leadership on capability building, go-to-market strategy, and technical differentiation in the ServiceNow security and risk marketThe TeamOur Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
