Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement operations, purchasing, procure-to-pay (P2P), procurement transformation, and global program leadership across corporate card, travel, contingent workforce, and third-party labor operations within complex global organizations
• Acts as the business process owner for the end-to-end purchasing journey, bringing deep expertise in procurement processes, purchasing operations, controls, intake orchestration, catalog management, punchout programs, purchase order optimization, and payment operations. Leads procurement technology strategy, workflow design, and implementation, translating business requirements and pain points into system architecture and user-centered workflows, while measuring and acting on KPIs to drive successful implementation, team and process performance, and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated success leading and driving global, cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with full ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes across the organization. Ability to simplify fragmented processes into an integrated and scalable operating model
• Proven expertise in leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital workflow technologies to drive strategic transformation, operational efficiency, compliance, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes, with a strong understanding of user-centered workflow design, friction and cycle-time reduction, and appropriate financial, risk, legal, and compliance controls. Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions, managing AI-related risks and ethical governance, and promoting responsible AI adoption
• Deep expertise in contingent workforce strategy, operating models, and VMS technology, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, workflow design, integrations, supplier management, and the end-to-end contingent worker journey. Strong understanding of how contingent workforce programs intersect with Procurement S2P, HR, Finance, Risk, and identity/access processes, with experience driving consistency across geographies, worker types, policies, and purchasing channels while enabling global visibility and reporting
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing and aligning senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and business functions
• Experience implementing, optimizing, or enhancing enterprise procurement S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zip, Oro or similar solutions) is preferred, particularly within large-scale, global organizations

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field required
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline) preferred

Responsibilities Drive the enterprise purchasing strategy and operational excellence agenda by leading global process transformation, automation, compliance, and digital innovation across the full purchasing lifecycle.

• Responsible for the advancement of the enterprise Purchasing transformation agenda by establishing a forward-looking operating model that simplifies the purchasing experience, accelerates adoption of digital capabilities, and delivers measurable business outcomes across the organization
• Drive the Supplier Lifecycle Modernization agenda by simplifying how employees engage with third parties while strengthening governance, financial stewardship, and user experience
• Develop and execute enterprise purchasing channel strategies, including intake, guided buying, catalogs, punchout solutions, and Purchase Order/Blanket Purchase Order optimization to increase automation, self-service, and preferred supplier adoption
• Serve as a visionary leader for digital transformation by embedding artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making across procurement operations to deliver measurable business value
• Lead global programs supporting corporate card, travel, contingent workforce, and third-party labor operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk requirements, and enterprise policies
• Partner across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Technology, Third-Party Risk Management, Accounts Payable, and business functions to improve procurement processes, strengthen controls, and deliver cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Utilize analytics, market intelligence, and operational metrics to identify opportunities, influence executive decision-making, and continuously improve procurement efficiency, compliance, and supplier experience
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team while fostering innovation, change adoption, collaboration, and accountability to achieve strategic procurement objectives and business outcomes

About the Team Our Procurement Operations & Digital Enablement team is responsible for delivering scalable, efficient, and compliant procurement operations that support enterprise growth and transformation. We drive operational excellence, advance digital enablement through automation and AI, and strengthen governance across third-party engagements. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $145,300- $210,700, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
