B2B Outside Sales Representative

This is a B2B, full-cycle sales role focused on developing new business within the construction and skilled trades space. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, thrives in the field, and is comfortable engaging clients in fast-paced, job site environments. B2B Outside Sales Representative Salary: $50-70,000/yr DOE + Uncapped Commission; Employment: Direct Hire – Full Time; Hours: 7am-4:00pm PST. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new B2B relationships within construction and related industries Conduct on-site visits and client meetings daily Partner with clients to understand workforce and staffing needs Own a full desk, managing both sales and recruiting—leading client acquisition and candidate placement from initial outreach through successful hire Utilize HubSpot to track pipeline, activities, and opportunities Independently build and maintain a strong book of business Collaborate with leadership for strategy, support, and deal structuring Participate in bi-weekly virtual sales meetings and occasional in-office collaboration days Territory is San Diego Must be comfortable working remotely and in the field daily Required Minimum 2+ years of construction sales experience or strong familiarity with construction environments Proven ability to generate and close new business Ability to work independently Use of personal vehicle required Preferred Staffing industry experience highly preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
