Key Responsibilities Develop and grow rental revenue through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and targeted outreach within the greater San Diego area. Manage an assigned customer base while continuously seeking new opportunities with contractors, industrial clients, and local businesses. Promote a wide range of rental equipment to meet customer needs. Oversee the full rental process: quoting, contract preparation, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Expand business by targeting competitor accounts, cross-selling equipment categories, and identifying new project opportunities. Maintain consistent communication with customers, responding to rental requests quickly and professionally. Represent the company in a polished and professional manner. Work independently - starting your day from home, managing your own schedule, and focusing on results rather than micromanagement. Strong understanding of customer operations, rental cycles, fleet management, and jobsite needs. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and driven to build a large and profitable customer base. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify opportunities, close business, and exceed revenue goals.
