About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key partner in the development and execution of multi-year financial strategies, leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. This role requires the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights, design incentive compensation plans, and ensure the financial health of the organization through effective operations and reporting. The successful candidate will also be a visible steward of the company's employee-ownership culture, overseeing ESOP plan compliance and managing relationships with the ESOP trustee and administrators. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A CPA or CMA designation is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, with a background in professional or technical services industries. Experience in a multi-entity or holding company environment is essential, and a proven track record in strategic financial planning, growth, and operational finance is required. The CFO must have a collaborative leadership style, be comfortable in a hands-on role, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to the values of employee ownership. Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead and develop a finance team in a lean, multi-subsidiary environment are also necessary.
