About the job
We're looking for a Data Analyst to support our Commercial Lending technology space, with a focus on data conformance and platform migration work, as a significant portion of our loan book transitions onto a new target lending system over the next two years. This role requires ramping quickly to take over ongoing platform support and absorb specialized tool knowledge currently held by a departing team member

Responsibilities

• Support data conformance mapping efforts (source-to-target field mapping, join logic, transformation rules) as commercial lending data migrates to a new servicing platform
• Write and maintain SQL queries to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data across source and target systems
• Provide ongoing support for the target lending platform as adoption scales toward the majority of the loan portfolio
• Take ownership of a specialized internal tool currently used to support this and other systems of record/systems of origination within the lending space, including absorbing knowledge from the outgoing team member
• Serve as a support resource for other systems of record/systems of origination (SOR/SOO) teams as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with lending operations, technology, and reporting teams during the knowledge transfer period and beyond

Minimum Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Commercial Lending products, processes, or systems
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing and troubleshooting queries for data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with data mapping/conformance work (source-to-target mapping, join conditions, transformation logic)
• Available to start by mid-October to enable a 4-5 week knowledge transfer overlap

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with lending platform migrations or large-scale data conversion projects
• Familiarity with systems of record/systems of origination (SOR/SOO) support models
• Experience supporting or administering specialized internal tooling in a banking/lending environment
