Job Title: Welder paying 20 to 40 an hour

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder who is proficient in working with aluminum and capable of interpreting blueprints. You will be tasked with fabricating and welding aluminum bar tubes ranging from 2 to 20 feet in length.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand welding requirements.
• Fabricate aluminum bar tubes with precision and accuracy.
• Perform welding tasks on aluminum materials, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong fabrication and welding skills, particularly with aluminum.
• 2 to 5 years of recent experience in a similar role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working on a first shift schedule.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a first shift running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a second shift from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role requires working in a fabrication facility with a focus on safety and precision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
