Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a busy manufacturing facility in Chino. The ideal Shipping & Receiving Coordinator has hands‑on experience with freight, inventory, shipping documentation, and day‑to‑day warehouse logistics. Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Schedule LTL, FTL, parcel, and other freight carriers Prepare and review BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and freight paperwork Track shipments and follow up on delivery status Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records Research shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies Obtain freight quotes and coordinate transportation Communicate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal departments Assist with freight claims and delivery issues Help coordinate daily shipping and receiving workload Support warehouse safety and organization Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Requirements 3+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience Experience with freight carriers and shipping documentation Knowledge of BOLs, LTL and FTL shipments Strong inventory and order-tracking skills ERP system experience preferred Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
