Required Skills:

• NBCRNA Certified with Board Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a large medical center, Level 1 trauma setting
• Proficient in intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and other invasive procedures
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices across orthopedics, trauma, vascular, and neuro surgeries (no neonatal or OB cases)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team directed by an anesthesiologist
• Proficiency in EMR systems; EPIC preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in advanced airway management or invasive procedures
• Experience working in high-acuity trauma environments
• Familiarity with NORA requirements and hospital protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Valid Kentucky state license (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to obtain credentialing within 90 days
• Must be available to work full-time, 4x10-hour day shifts (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) and support 24/7 NORA coverage
• Willing to consider licensing in other states; travel and licensure reimbursements available
• Compensation at $226.20/hour, with premium pay for holidays (time-and-a-half), and additional benefits including weekly pay, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and licensing/travel reimbursements
